Shipping & Returns

We ship our products carefully packaged and with great attention to detail.

Shipping takes place within 2-4 working days after receipt of payment.
You will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your package is on its way.

We currently deliver within Germany.
More countries will follow.

If you are not satisfied with your product, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receipt.

The goods must be returned unused, unopened and in their original condition.

Please note:
As this is a cosmetic product, for hygienic reasons, products that have already been opened or used cannot be returned.

The buyer bears the costs for the return shipment.
